Overview

Kids Jiu-Jitsu at Loris is divided into age-specific groups for children ages 3–4, 5–7, and 8–12. Each group trains at an appropriate pace, building confidence, discipline, control, and strong fundamentals in a structured and supportive environment.

Our Kids Training System

Ages 3–4

A fun introduction to fundamental positions and concepts through age-appropriate movement, building independence, confidence, listening, and discipline.

Ages 5–7

Foundational movement, positional control, and self-defense, along with teamwork, confidence, and an age-appropriate introduction to competition.

Ages 8–12

Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling fundamentals plus more advanced age-appropriate skills, with an emphasis on discipline, control, safety, respect, self-defense, and competition development.
